Breaking News 3:33 PM ET: Tim Russert Is Dead at 58, His Family Says
Evidently they just returned from a trip to Italy with their son who just graduated college. So sad, so sudden, so tragic… I don’t even know what to say.

The New York Times is reporting that NBC Senior Vice President and Washington Bureau Chief Tim Russert has died from an apparent heart attack. The are citing family reports. He was 58-years-old.
According to the MSNBC biography on Russert, he was the Managing Editor and Moderator of “Meet the Press” and political analyst for “NBC Nightly News” and the “TODAY” program. He anchors “The Tim Russert Show,” a weekly interview program on MSNBC. Russert also serves as senior vice president and Washington bureau chief of NBC News.

Why wasn’t it Bill O’Reilly? The good die young. Very sad. I send my condolences to Tim’s family and friends.

The passing of a well known figure is never a happy time. I wish all who mourn the strength and courage to bounce back as more resolute souls.
