I pre-ordered Coldplay’s newest, “Viva La Vida” off of iTunes and this morning, I eagerly downloaded it to my iPod in it’s entirety. After listening to it a couple hundred times, I can proudly say that it’s genius. GENIUS. I mean, the album art alone had me at first sight:
(Photo courtesy of Amazon.com, but I have no idea who originally created it. UPDATE: Now I do! It’s Eugene Delacroix “Liberty Leading The People” (Musée du Louvre, Paris, FR) – Thanks Philippe!)
It’s a little bit Les Miserables, a little big Goya (to me, anyway), and a whole lotta revolution. I love it.
People: Buy this album immediately. You will star, star, star, love, love, love (as DF would say).

Philippe – I realize I’m about a month late on this one, but thanks for the head’s up! I fixed it in the post above!
