.. and what? I’m not afraid to admit it. Besides, my throat was throbbing and is now covered in white bumps, so… that’s new and special. I was protecting the DC public by staying in and hiking-up my lameness factor.

Anyway. Have I told you about my love to Mad Libs? Because I lurve me some Mad Libs. Ever since I was a wee one riding in the backseat of our family station wagon en route to Pittsburgh (boo) or Fenwick Island (yea!), I would whip out the mad libs and annoy my parents until they wished they had more than one child, if only to prevent them from the torture. (wow, what a sentence.)

Plus, I’ve always been the kid that would bust a gut when a fancy adjective and a noun combine to form a silly sentence. Extra points for words that refer to a body part. I can’t help it. I’m THAT cheesy.

Further, my love of NPR is well documented, specifically when it comes to dream boat Ira Glass (he’s from Baltimore, woot!) and This American Life.

So imagine my delight when I came across Radar Online’s This American Life RadLib!

I’ve never had so much fun alone with a sore throat.
