Thank jeebus. The Associated Press reports that the Red Sox still have a chance to win the AL East… and then move on to win it all. Says manager Terry Francona:

“It’s different, but it doesn’t get any less exciting or less satisfying… We know we have more baseball to play.”

WORD. And thank G_D because I’m sick to death of presidential politics and need another obsession to take over my sleepless nights.
