The final chapter hears the opinions of Mrs. O’s adoring fans – giving the last word to the people.
Original photographs of Michelle Obama’s most iconic looks, along with commentary from fashion experts, top off this tactile visual feast. Woven together with sketches and illustration inspired by the first lady, the book reveals the story of a new era of American fashion.

Michelle brings “a new era of American fashion” to the White House. Not since Jackie O. have we loved to analyze the fashion of a first lady so much (sorry Hill, you know I still love a good pant suit).

This First Lady is the complete package particularly in her fashion choices. I love seeing a powerful, intelligent woman who makes fun clothing and accessory choices. Rather than being dull and predictable, she chooses to express her self in amazing colors, cuts and designs. What she is wearing is the first thing I notice about her….after her amazing beauty and physique, that is.
Oh…and I kinda want their marriage. It seems so perfect.

Accessories! The way Michelle Obama pairs trendy, beautiful accessories, like a statement necklace or belt, with classic, figure flattering clothes is truly modern and fabulous. The book looks like it has great pictures!
