Inspired by the adorable Claire Robinson and her 5 Ingredient Fix, I decided to make mocha meringue bark. Two failed batches later, I ended up with this:

(Minus the mocha, because I didn’t have any of that ingredient and turns out, Tassimo espresso is not the same as instant coffee.)

I’m a regular gourmand.
