I came upon this today – I think I saw it on Florida Girl in DC‘s Facebook Page – and I remembered reading it a million years ago and nodding vigorously in agreement. It only goes to show that, like the author of the blogpost I found it on said, “probably the only memo written 30 years ago that’s still absolutely relevant.”
